- Visit client sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and supervise the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of cranes and mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of EOT cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, hoists, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, motors, brakes, and mechanical drive systems.
- Conduct site inspections to identify mechanical defects, assess equipment condition, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with clients, project teams, and service technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities.
- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, maintenance checklists, and submit detailed technical documentation after each site visit.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues related to crane structures, wire ropes, hooks, bearings, couplings, wheels, and lifting mechanisms.
- Ensure all crane maintenance and lifting operations comply with safety standards, statutory regulations, and client-specific safety requirements.
- Supervise crane installation, load testing, alignment, commissioning, and performance verification at customer sites. Monitor spare parts requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely replacement of worn or damaged mechanical components. Provide technical support and training to clients on crane operation, routine maintenance, and safe handling practices. Coordinate with the electrical and hydraulic teams to resolve integrated mechanical system issues and improve equipment reliability. Support annual maintenance contracts (AMC), emergency breakdown services, and shutdown activities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
