Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and conduct video call demonstrations to showcase our premium Banarasi sarees and suit collections. Your goal will be to guide customers, build trust, and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and sales inquiries.
- Conduct video calls to showcase Banarasi sarees and suit collections.
- Explain product details, fabrics, colors, pricing, and designs.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team after order confirmation.
- Maintain customer records and sales updates.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Fluent spoken English is mandatory. Hindi fluency is also required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers on phone and video calls.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business, and computers.
