Job Summary
Empower Sports is seeking a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple project locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of site activities, coordinate with teams, maintain quality standards, and deliver projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure work is completed according to project plans and timelines.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at all sites.
- Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Support installation, maintenance, and project execution as required.
- Travel to different project locations when necessary.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and understand project drawings and work schedules.
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
