This is an office-based role where you will interact with people across India who have already shown interest in our education franchise opportunities.
- No field work.

Your Responsibilities
- Speak with interested enquiries over phone.
- Communicate professionally through WhatsApp.
- Understand the customer's requirements.
- Ask a few qualifying questions.
- Maintain lead records in our CRM.
- Schedule meetings for senior managers.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
✔ Has a pleasant and confident speaking voice.
✔ Can communicate politely in Hindi and basic English.
✔ Is comfortable talking to new people.
✔ Can use WhatsApp, Email and Microsoft Excel.
✔ Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.
✔ Enjoys working in a professional office environment.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Sales, Counselling, Business Development or Reception are encouraged to apply.
