We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Tender Manager to lead and manage end-to-end tendering activities for government and private sector projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in manpower deployment, IT deployment, customized IT solutions deployment, and handling both Government and Private tenders. The candidate must have strong industry networks, relationship-building skills, and proven experience in identifying opportunities and securing business through tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor Government and Private tender opportunities through various portals and sources.
- Handle complete tender lifecycle including searching, analysis, documentation, submission, follow-ups, and post-submission activities.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals in compliance with tender requirements.
- Manage tenders related to Manpower Deployment, IT Infrastructure Deployment, and Customized IT Solutions Deployment.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation, costing, compliance, and approvals.
- Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and feasibility of participation.
- Maintain strong relationships and connections with government bodies, clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure timely submission and adherence to tender guidelines and deadlines.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, contracts, agreements, and bid outcomes.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and operational teams for smooth execution of awarded projects.
- Manage post-award processes including project initiation and coordination with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Tender Management, preferably in IT Services, Staffing/Manpower, or Solution-based industries.
- Strong hands-on experience with Government Tenders (GeM, eProcurement, CPP Portal, State Portals) and Private Tender processes.
- Proven experience in Manpower Deployment Projects, IT Deployment, and Customized IT Project Deployment.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, compliance, legal terms, contracts, and bidding procedures.
- Must possess strong industry connections and relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and tender portals.
Preferred Profile:
- Candidate from IT Services, Staffing, System Integration, Technology Solutions, or Infrastructure domain preferred.
- Strong network with government departments, procurement agencies, and private clients will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in winning and managing large-scale projects through tender participation.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
