The Impact You'll Make
As an Embedded Software Programmer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing embedded software solutions that power next-generation engineering systems and products. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will help transform technical requirements into reliable, high-performance software that supports product innovation and customer success.
Your work will directly contribute to the development, testing, integration, and continuous improvement of embedded systems used in advanced engineering and manufacturing applications.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain embedded software from requirements through production and commercial deployment.
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using C, C++, C#, and RTOS environments.
Design software architecture and implement embedded solutions following engineering best practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to define software requirements and system functionality.
Integrate software components, communication interfaces, and third-party libraries into embedded systems.
Develop and support communication protocols including Serial, Ethernet (TCP/IP, UDP), CAN, SPI, I²C, SQI, Parallel, EtherCAT, and related interfaces.
Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize existing software applications.
Recommend and implement software improvements that enhance performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Prepare technical documentation, design documentation, and development reports to support ongoing projects.
Contribute to software verification, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in embedded software development or embedded systems engineering.
Strong programming experience using C, C++, C#, and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
Experience developing embedded software in a structured, test-driven development environment.
Strong understanding of embedded communication protocols including Serial, Ethernet (TCP/IP, UDP), CAN, SPI, I²C, SQI, Parallel, and EtherCAT.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
Microcontroller programming
PLC programming
Embedded hardware integration
Software architecture and system design
Software testing and debugging
Industrial automation systems
Semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments
