**Job Responsibilities**
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with prospective customers.
- Promote and sell company services over the phone.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products/services.
- Convince customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for successful order/sales completion.
Requirements
- Experienced candidates preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or over-the-call sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
