Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with a strong background in project planning for high-rise and residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Prepare baseline programs, cash flow projections, and resource-loaded schedules
- Monitor project progress and track deviations against planned timelines
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with project teams (engineering, procurement, execution) for planning inputs
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and progress reports to management
- Perform risk analysis and identify critical path activities
- Ensure proper documentation of project timelines, milestones, and revisions
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning insights
- Support tender planning, including preparation of schedules and methodologies
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in construction planning & scheduling
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- In-depth understanding of high-rise and residential construction methodologies
- Knowledge of project control techniques (EVM, delay analysis, forecasting)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- PMP / Planning & Scheduling certifications (preferred)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
