Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound & inbound calls to generate site visit opportunities
- Follow up with leads generated from digital campaigns, portals & databases
- Brief customers about project details, pricing, location advantages & offers
- Maintain lead data, call logs & follow-up status in CRM
- Coordinate with Sales / Closing team for site visit scheduling
- Achieve daily calling targets & lead conversion goals
- Build strong customer interest and engagement over calls
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in Real Estate Presales / Telecalling
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic CRM / Excel knowledge
- HSC / Graduate preferred
- Target-driven & energetic personality
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
