Rational Engineers Ltd., India’s largest copper wire manufacturer and supplier since 1989, is seeking a Maintenance (Electrical/Mechanical) Manager for its Greenfield manufacturing project at Halol, Gujarat. This new plant is part of the company’s expansion, adding to its 7 operational units across Maharashtra, Daman, and Gujarat.
Selected candidates will undergo training at the Palghar, Maharashtra factory, with lodging and meals provided during the training period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and utilities.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance planning and execution.
- Installation, calibration, and validation support for production equipment.
- Coordination with external vendors and contractors for service support.
- Documentation of maintenance activities.
- Ensuring minimum downtime and adherence to plant safety procedures.
- EHS documentation, activities, and compliance.
- Supporting engineering projects and facility expansion activities.
- Leading maintenance readiness for the new Greenfield project at Halol.
