Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the leadership team as the company scales rapidly. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization and can bring structure and reliability to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including facilities, vendor coordination, office supplies, and overall workplace upkeep.
- Provide administrative and calendar support to the Chairman, CEO, and other senior leaders as required.
- Coordinate travel bookings, expense processing, and logistics for leadership and visiting stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, offsites, and internal events, including scheduling and on-ground coordination.
- Manage company events, quarterly celebrations, customer visits, and hiring events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and execution.
- Oversee front-desk and visitor management, ensuring a professional and welcoming office experience.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers such as housekeeping, security, IT support, courier, and catering to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain office administration budgets and track operational expenses.
- Help establish and improve office processes and systems as the organization grows.
Required Qualifications
- 6–7+ years of experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar operations role.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership (CXO level) with calendar management, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative support.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where processes are evolving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and expense/travel booking tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup or a rapidly scaling organization.
- Experience setting up or improving office administration processes from scratch.
- Based in or familiar with Bangalore, with knowledge of local vendors and service providers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
