Job Title: Assistant Manager Production
Reporting to: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the entire production process, from raw material to finished product, utilizing machinery.
* Develop and implement efficient production plans, prioritizing on-time delivery and maximizing output.
* Hire, train, and supervise a team of production personnel.
* Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process, upholding our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Manage raw material inventory, implementing reorder points and proactively sourcing new materials.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and optimizing production efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
