About the Role
GroPro Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to oversee operations, manage creative teams, and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while being capable of handling clients, managing workflows, and driving creative output efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam & Operations Management
- Manage and supervise creative teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects
- Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain accountability across teams
- Ensure effective coordination between departments for project execution
Client Handling
- Communicate with clients professionally and manage project expectations
- Handle client feedback, revisions, and delivery coordination
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
Creative & Project Execution
- Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Assist in graphics creation and creative planning when required
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and content teams for execution
Technology & AI Tools
- Working knowledge of AI tools for workflow optimization, content assistance, productivity, and creative support
- Stay updated with emerging tools relevant to project management and creative operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team or handling operational/creative workflows
- Strong experience in team handling and client management
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphics creation/design coordination
- Familiarity with AI tools and productivity platforms
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in creative agencies, media, marketing, or production environments
- Understanding of social media workflows and content pipelines
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
