Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients, including perfume brands, private-label manufacturers.
- Approach potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements (fragrance, packaging, pricing) and Develop customized products with NPD team.
- Translate client briefs into actionable internal briefs for perfumers, evaluators, and R&D teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients/customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Revenue Generation
- Coordinate the fragrance sampling process, negotiate pricing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), and payment terms.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for product/market expansion.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for product development, operations, and order execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· MBA – Marketing / Business Management/ Sales.
· Must possess a proven ability to prospect, develop business, and build relationships.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Cold calling and Market research to locate potential Vendors/Clients.
· Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports.
· Should be able to generate new business for the organization.
· Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.
· Able to handle Client Servicing
· Must demonstrate a strong customer focus personal leadership, and solid
negotiation and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
