WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Location: Pune
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 0–1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Thursday
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day production activities in the manufacturing unit
Plan and monitor production schedules
Supervise machine operations such as VMC, Grinding, Press Brake Tooling Manufacturing, etc.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Dispatch departments
Maintain production reports and machine maintenance records
Reduce rejection and improve productivity
Manage shop floor manpower effectively
Follow safety and quality procedures
Required Skills:
Knowledge of production planning and process improvement
Basic understanding of engineering drawings
Good communication and team handling skills
Problem-solving attitude
Experience in Machine Shop / Fabrication / Tooling industry will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
