Supervise and support waiters/waitresses and service staff during shifts.
Greet and interact with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Coordinate table assignments and guest seating.
Take and serve orders when required, especially for VIP guests or during peak hours.
Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained.
Train and guide junior staff in service etiquette and menu knowledge.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Communicate with kitchen to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages.
Grooming standards need to be followed.
Assist in daily opening and closing procedures
