We are looking for an HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll, statutory compliance, attendance management, and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Calculate salaries, incentives, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and LWF.
- Generate payroll reports, salary registers, and MIS reports.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate with employees to resolve payroll-related queries.
- Manage full and final settlements for exiting employees.
- Prepare salary slips and maintain payroll documentation.
- Support HR activities including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll and HR data.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software (GreytHR, Zoho People, Keka, SAP, or similar).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Experience handling end-to-end payroll for multiple employees.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
