Key Responsibilities
- Data Input: Accurately enter and update information into databases and spreadsheets from source documents within specific time limits.
- Accuracy Verification: Review source documents for errors, correct discrepancies, and cross-check data for completeness to ensure high levels of data integrity.
- Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain records to ensure they are current, organized, and easily retrievable for other departments.
- Research: Conduct research to gather further information for incomplete documents or missing data points.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate, prepare, and export data reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Backups: Perform regular data backup operations to ensure the preservation and safety of data.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
