Job Title: Senior Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, emails, and meetings
- Address customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of concerns
- Maintain updated customer records and follow-up schedules
Vendor Relationship Management
- Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, quotations, deliveries, and payments
- Maintain proper documentation of vendor communications and agreements
- Ensure timely follow-up on procurement and service-related matters
- Monitor vendor performance and report any discrepancies
Meeting Coordination & Administration
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas in coordination with management
- Draft accurate and detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Circulate MoM to concerned departments and track action points
- Follow up on execution of decisions taken during meetings
Operational Coordination
- Monitor execution of key discussion points and assigned tasks
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically
- Support management with reports, presentations, and data compilation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
