Sanskriti International School is seeking a serene, disciplined, and knowledgeable Yoga Teacher to lead our school-wide wellness initiative. The successful candidate will introduce students (K-12) to the ancient art of Yoga, adapting traditional practices into age-appropriate lessons that improve physical flexibility, mental focus, and stress management.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Excellence: Conduct daily Yoga sessions focusing on Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and Dhyana (meditation).
- Curriculum Adaptation: Develop a "Yoga for Kids" curriculum that uses storytelling and games for primary years, and advanced stress-relief techniques for secondary students preparing for exams.
- Holistic Wellness: Educate students on the philosophy of Yoga, including "Yama" and "Niyama" (ethical disciplines), to build character.
- Special Events: Organize and lead the school’s celebration of International Yoga Day and participate in morning assemblies.
- Inclusivity: Modify poses for students with different physical abilities or health concerns to ensure a safe, inclusive environment.

Candidate Profile
- Certification: A recognized certification in Yoga Instruction (e.g., Level 2 or 3 from the Ministry of AYUSH, QCI, or a 200/500-hour RYT from Yoga Alliance).
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree (B.P.Ed or any field) is preferred. A Diploma in Yoga Education is a significant plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of teaching Yoga, preferably in an academic or group setting.
- Demeanor: Must radiate calmness, patience, and a positive "Sattvic" attitude that aligns with the school's culture.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
