Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Core.
Configure and maintain projects, workflows, schemes, screens, issue types, and permissions.
Manage user access, roles, groups, and security schemes.
Customize dashboards, filters, and reports for different stakeholders.
Support Agile teams (Scrum & Kanban boards, backlogs, sprints).
Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide L2/L3 support.
Administer Confluence spaces, permissions, templates, and macros.
Maintain page structure, space governance, and content lifecycle.
Support teams in creating and organizing documentation.
Implement best practices for knowledge management and collaboration.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding and license management.
Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Manage backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures.
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
Configure and maintain integrations with tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Slack, MS Teams, etc.
Implement automation rules to improve efficiency.
Support marketplace app installations, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
Work closely with IT, development, QA, and business teams.
Gather requirements and translate them into Jira/Confluence solutions.
Create and maintain admin and user documentation.
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
3+ years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Administrator.
Strong expertise in Jira (Software & Service Management) and Confluence.
Experience with workflow customization, permission schemes, and automation.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., ScriptRunner, Tempo, Insight/Assets).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Atlassian Cloud and/or Data Center.
Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Requests).
Scripting experience (Groovy / REST APIs).
Atlassian certifications (ACP) are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
