Role Summary
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front-office operations, handling visitors and calls, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
- Maintain visitor, courier, and correspondence records.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Support HR and Administration activities as required.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors/service providers.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and professional at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Office, or Administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
Preferred Industry
Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Corporate Offices will be an advantage.
