Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Writer to build our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content that drives brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Threads).
- Create engaging captions, blogs, articles, website content, and marketing copy.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Write SEO-friendly content for websites and landing pages.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content production.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content ideas.
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and product launches.
Required Skills
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X algorithms.
- Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Content Writing.
- Experience working with AI tools is an added advantage.
