Job Summary
A Chinese Cook is responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes, maintaining food quality, kitchen hygiene, and ensuring timely food preparation as per restaurant or hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese dishes according to menu and recipes
- Handle wok cooking, frying, steaming, and grilling
- Maintain food taste, presentation, and quality
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Check food stock and inform shortage requirements
- Follow food safety and company SOPs
- Minimize food wastage
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team
- Ensure timely preparation during rush hours
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and sauces

Qualification
- Hotel Management certification preferred
- Experience in Chinese kitchen preferred
