Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Admission Counselor to guide students and parents with course selection, college options, and the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students about academic programs, colleges, and career opportunities
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain records of counseling sessions and documentation
- Coordinate with colleges/universities and internal teams
- Meet monthly admission targets
Skills Required
- Strong communication in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
- Good convincing ability and positive attitude
- Knowledge of courses, colleges, and universities in India
- Ability to guide students confidently
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1-year experience in counseling/telecalling/sales preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome
