Job Title: Admission Counselor
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Admission Counselor to guide working professionals interested in advancing their careers through our Capital Markets program. This is a B2C inside sales role focused on counseling prospective learners and supporting them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with working professionals to understand their career goals and learning needs.
- Conduct online and offline counseling sessions and program presentations.
- Provide clear information about the program structure, outcomes, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales or admission counseling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2C sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is preferred.
