Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about hospital services, scheduling appointments, responding to patient inquiries, and ensuring excellent patient communication. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centric approach to enhance patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and provide hospital service information.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required.
- Provide accurate information regarding doctors' availability, OPD timings, hospital services, and diagnostic facilities.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with hospital policies.
- Record patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and escalate issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain call logs and update patient information in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Assist in promoting hospital health camps, preventive health check-up packages, and special healthcare services.
- Follow up with patients regarding missed appointments and treatment continuity.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
