Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused Patient Care Manager (PCM) to manage daily clinic operations, patient coordination, appointments, follow-ups, and overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient queries and provide proper guidance regarding clinic services.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and clinic staff for smooth operations.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain patient records and daily reports.
- Follow up with patients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
- Manage patient flow and minimize waiting time.
- Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and treatment-related requirements.
- Monitor daily clinic activities and ensure SOP compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports.
- Support the clinic team in achieving service and business targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any stream; healthcare/hospital administration background preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, front office, patient care, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and patient handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Presentable, polite, and patient-friendly attitude.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
