Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Bakery Commi 1 to join our bakery team in a star hotel. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production and a proven background working in star hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.
- Assist in daily bakery production and mise en place.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
- Follow standard recipes and hotel SOPs.
- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Support banquet, buffet, and à la carte bakery operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Bakery Commi 1.
- Must have worked in star hotels for the last few years.
- Strong knowledge of bakery, pastry, and dessert preparation.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
