Position: Site Engineer
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years on-site experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision:
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
- Technical Expertise:
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.
- Resolve technical issues on-site, providing timely solutions to ensure project continuity.
- Resource Management:
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to manage resources efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to construction best practices.
- Conduct routine checks and document compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align site activities with project goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, progress, and challenges.
- Budget and Time Management:
- Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects remain within allocated limits.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site management.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Certification in construction management or related disciplines.
Work Environment:
- Primarily site-based with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- occasional weekends, to meet project demands.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
