About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Spirezen Enterprises. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple platforms to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms
* Manage and create engaging social media content
* Coordinate with schools, colleges, clients, and partners for outreach activities
* Assist in branding, promotions, and lead generation campaigns
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Collaborate with the content and design team for campaign execution
* Maintain client communication and follow-ups
Requirements
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
* Creative thinking and strategic planning skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage
