Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR administration.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Fresher -2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
