We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Techno-Functional Consultant . The ideal candidate should have a strong communication and understanding of ERP systems, combining both technical and functional expertise. Experience with Sage ERP will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
- Configure, implement, and support ERP modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process improvements
- Provide techno-functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation
- Work closely with development teams for customization and integration
- Ensure smooth ERP implementation and post-implementation support
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Sage ERP (added advantage)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP techno-functional roles
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users
- Good understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or basic programming
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
