Designation: Senior Executive Procurement
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials as per approved specifications and project requirements.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparative statements for evaluation.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with site teams, stores, vendors, and the accounts department to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Track purchase orders and proactively resolve supply or delivery-related issues.
- Maintain and update the vendor database and evaluate vendor performance periodically.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approved budgets, and quality standards.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and other procurement documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent material shortages and excess stock.
- Prepare procurement reports, MIS reports, and cost-saving analysis.
- Support project teams by ensuring materials are available in line with project timelines.
- Procure and manage materials related to CP fittings, sanitary fittings, stone basins, railings, and other interior fit-out materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or manufacturing industry.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of CP fittings, sanitary fittings, stone basins, railings, and related building materials.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar procurement software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹525,000.00 per year
