- Supervision:Supervising the work of subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring that they follow safety regulations and project specifications.
- Coordination:Coordinating with other professionals, such as architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Control:Monitoring construction quality, addressing any issues or problems that arise, and ensuring that the final product meets project requirements.
- Safety Management:Enforcing safety protocols and procedures on the construction site, ensuring the safety of all personnel.
- Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including site reports, project logs, and construction records.
- Problem-Solving:Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise on the construction site, such as delays, material shortages, or design errors.
