Our team works with diverse creators and brands to bring stories to life, and we’re looking for a creative Thumbnail Designer / Graphic Designer to join us in shaping the visual identity of our podcasts.
Role Overview
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling visuals that capture the essence of each show. From cover art and social media graphics to promotional campaigns and branding assets, your designs will help our podcasts stand out in a crowded market.
Responsibilities
- Design podcast cover art, episode thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
- Create engaging visuals for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with producers, hosts, and marketers to develop cohesive branding.
- Maintain consistency across all visual assets while tailoring designs to each show’s unique style.
- Stay updated on design trends in podcasting and digital media.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio in graphic design
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of typography, color, and layout
- Experience creating digital/social media assets
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Motion graphics or video editing skills
