Job Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Robotics Trainer to join our team at the Bangalore location. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical robotics sessions, guiding students through hands-on projects, and creating an engaging learning environment.
This is a full-time position dedicated to a single assigned school/location and does not require travelling across multiple schools.
Key Responsibilities :
· Conduct Robotics and STEM-based practical training sessions for students.
· Teach basic concepts of robotics, electronics, sensors, motors, and programming.
· Guide students in building and demonstrating robotics projects.
· Provide hands-on training using robotics kits and components.
· Explain concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
· Support students during project development and competitions.
· Maintain robotics equipment, kits, and classroom/lab setup.
· Prepare lesson plans and maintain training records.
· Coordinate with school staff and internal team for smooth session execution.
· Encourage creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills among students.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
· Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / Relevant technical qualification preferred.
· Basic knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, Electronics, IoT, or Coding.
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to handle and engage school students.
· Passion for teaching and technology.
· Freshers with strong robotics knowledge and project experience can apply.
· Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Knowledge :
· Arduino & Microcontrollers
· Sensors and Electronic Components
· Basic Programming (Scratch / Python / C)
· Robotics Projects & STEM Activities
Candidate Profile :
· Should be energetic, creative, and patient.
· Should have interest in working with students.

· Should be responsible for managing the assigned location independently.
