Role & Responsibilities
- Handle loan/debt collection and recovery operations.
- Maintain clear communication with customers.
Requirements
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Telecom debt collection is preferred.
- Must be able to speak English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
