Key Responsibilities (Aligned with Core BDE Role)
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities for website development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services
Research potential clients using Google Maps, online directories, LinkedIn, and web platforms
Scrape and collect business data (company name, email, phone number, location)
Build a strong and consistent prospect database
Outreach & Client Acquisition
Perform cold calling and cold emailing to pitch company services
Initiate conversations, qualify leads, and schedule meetings
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
Convert leads into confirmed projects
Sales & Revenue Growth
Understand client requirements and present tailored service solutions
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Ensure smooth project handover to the delivery team
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily and weekly lead generation reports
Track conversions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools
Ability to extract business data from Google Maps and online platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Commission: 5% on every successful project (in addition to salary)

Fixed working days: Monday to Friday
