Position Overview:
We are seeking an SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Trainer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM processes and configurations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting online & Offline training sessions as part of our SAP HCM training program. This is a freelance position requiring flexibility in scheduling and the ability to deliver engaging and informative sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Training Delivery: Conduct SAP HCM training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage and implement SAP Human Capital Management solutions.
· Morning Batch: 3 classes per weekday & 2 classes Weekend (Class online & Offline) Hybrid
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and how they are implemented within the SAP ERP environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to motivate and engage students, leveraging online teaching methods effectively.
