Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned stores and manage technical & functional operations
Mentor and train optometrists and store staff
Ensure quality eye testing, dispensing, QC, and store standards
Support stores during busy hours and staff shortages
Drive customer satisfaction (NPS) and in-store revenue
Conduct audits, reviews, and performance tracking
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and team development
Maintain daily reports and documentation
Coordinate with business teams and attend operational meetings
Requirements
Diploma in Optometry with 4+ years of retail experience
Minimum 1 year in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of refraction, dispensing, eyewear products & measurements
Good communication, leadership, and training skills
Passion for sales, retail, and customer service
Willingness to travel across India
Must work weekends/public holidays as per business needs
