Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and operations.
- Coordinate with customers for service scheduling and follow-ups.
- Assign and monitor pest control technicians' daily work.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, work orders, and service reports.
- Maintain customer database and service records.
- Follow up on pending payments and renewals.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and staff documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain inventory records for chemicals, equipment, and office supplies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies.
- Generate business through customer follow-ups, renewals, and service upselling.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Increase Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals and repeat business.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for pest control and facility management services.
- Maintain customer relationships to improve retention and referrals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
