Job Title: Service Engineer (Generator Industry)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of generators and power backup systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth equipment performance and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission generator systems at client locations
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of generators
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct routine inspections and service activities
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely support
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with technical and spare parts teams
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding generator operation and maintenance
- Test generator performance and ensure proper functioning after service
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of generator systems, DG sets, and power equipment
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Problem-solving and technical support skills
- Customer handling and communication skills
- Field service and maintenance experience preferred
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma or related field
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
