1. Responsible for Front Desk / Handling the EPBAX Attending all incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Keep record of Extension list, Telephone nos. of vendors, consultants, stationary, couriers,
3. To attend and communicate with the visitors / contractors / consultants / candidates/ ex-employees at the reception.
4. Keeping record of all the inward & outward of documents.
5. Arranging meetings of Director
6. Proper handling and distribution of all the documents / bills / cheques / drawings / insurance papers/ resumes, Activation of I-cards kept at the reception.
7. Arrange for lunch / snacks for the Visitors .
8. Monitoring & controlling at reception
9. Assist Admin executive for his general work
