Role Overview:
The Back-Office Executive will be an active member of the Sales Team and will independently handle day-to-day sales support activities. The role requires proactively managing sales data, documentation, quotations, coordination, and follow-ups to support the sales team in achieving targets. She will work closely with sales members and take ownership of assigned sales-support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-oriented handling of inquiries with a professional and responsive approach
- Understand customer requirements or inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses
- Prepare BOQs and quotations as per the customer requirements Handle commercial discussions, pricing coordination, and negotiation follow-ups independently as part of the sales process
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and follow-ups
- Maintain and manage sales data, customer records, quotations, and order trackers
- Ensure proper documentation for sales transactions including POs, invoices, and contracts
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all sales-related data such as quotations, proposals, and order records (as shared by sales team)
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and billing

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting formats
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to follow up and coordinate effectively with multiple teams Customer-focused and process-oriented approach
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in sales back office, sales coordination, or administrative support
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
