Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Account Manager to manage client accounts, maintain strong business relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent client-handling skills, strong analytical abilities, and a good understanding of sales, marketing, and global business markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Analyze client data, campaign performance, and account metrics using Excel and reporting tools.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and business reviews.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate client databases and records.
Research industries, markets, and countries to support business development initiatives.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Excellent Client Handling & Relationship Management Skills
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel Knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reporting)
✔ Data Management & Data Analysis Skills
✔ Good Understanding of B2B Industries and Market Trends
✔ Knowledge of International Markets and Countries
✔ Marketing Fundamentals & Lead Generation Understanding
✔ Sales & Account Growth Skills
✔ Strong IT Communication and Professional Email Writing Skills
✔ Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication
✔ Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills
Preferred Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Experience working with international clients is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is an added advantage
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
