We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer with good technical knowledge to handle installation, servicing, and sales support of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, demonstration, and servicing of physiotherapy devices
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment
- Visiting hospitals, clinics, and physiotherapy centers
- Explaining product features and benefits to doctors and physiotherapists
- Supporting sales activities along with service work
- Maintaining service reports and customer records
- Building and maintaining good client relationships
Sales Information:
- No sales target pressure
- The role involves sales activities that are completely non-target oriented.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic to good service engineer knowledge
- Understanding of electro-medical / physiotherapy equipment
- Willingness to travel for service and client visits
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical or related field)
- Experience in physiotherapy or medical devices will be an advantage
