Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Sikar, Rajasthan
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry Preference: Building Material / ACP / Plywood / Laminates / HPL / Glass / Construction Material
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales in the Sikar and surrounding Rajasthan market.
- Identify new dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, builders, and project opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Viva ACP products.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, projects, and competitor mapping.
- Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
- Develop new business opportunities and increase product penetration in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular market updates to the reporting manager.
Key Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Ability to develop dealer/distributor and project business.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
