Job Summary
We are looking for a BDS-qualified Product Management Executive with a strong understanding of Orthodontics, Clear Aligners, and Dental Products. The candidate will be responsible for managing the orthodontic product portfolio, supporting product launches, developing training content, and collaborating with Clinical, Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the orthodontic product portfolio and support new product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Gather feedback from orthodontists and clinical teams to improve products.
- Develop product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create product presentations, training materials, and clinical content.
- Conduct product training for internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for product planning and execution.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- BDS is mandatory; candidates with Orthodontic knowledge will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Clinical Support, Product Training, or Dental Sales.
- Strong understanding of Orthodontics, Clear Aligners, and Dental Products.
- Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
