Salary: Up to ₹10 Lakhs P.A. + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer & distributor networks across the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets through effective market development and dealer management.
- Conduct regular market visits, monitor competition, and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive product visibility, promotions, displays, and brand presence at dealer/showroom level.
- Manage dealer relationships, order execution, collections, and overall territory performance.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve business growth and targets.
Mandatory Requirements
- Strictly from the Sanitaryware & CP Fittings industry only.
- Candidates must have relevant industry experience and background in sanitaryware / CP fittings.
- No Freshers.
- Resumes from outside industries will NOT be considered.
- Strong dealer/distributor network and market knowledge will be preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
